During the Corona crisis, Johannes switched to the kitchen again
good friend, where he worked as a chef in the “Wellness &
Health Hotel Zedernhof”, Stamsried (Bavarian Forest).
At the end of 2021 Johannes came back home and renovated the site
his mother’s hotel.
02/15/2023 the doors of the “Restaurant Harzfenster” will open.
