Head chef Johannes Steingrüber stands for regionality combined with culinary influences from everywhere. The name of the restaurant connects Johannes to the town of Seesen, which advertises with the name “Seesen, the window to the Harz Mountains”.
The head chef has not lost his closeness and deeply rooted roots during his decade in German star gastronomy.
The young team presents its cuisine in a 4-day week with cosmopolitan influences in a young, creative way.
