Further away from home
At the end of 2019, Johannes moved further away from home, to the Student city to Regensburg. There he cooked alongside Star chef Anton Schmaus as junior sous chef in the Gourmet Restaurant Storstad (1 star).
In the Corona crisis
During the Corona crisis, Johannes switched to the kitchen again good friend, where he worked as a chef in the “Wellness & Health Hotel Zedernhof”, Stamsried (Bavarian Forest). At the end of 2021 Johannes came back home and renovated the site his mother’s hotel. 02/15/2023 the doors of the “Restaurant Harzfenster” will open.
First chef job 2017
At the age of 21, Johannes became the chef of a 12-strong team for the first time Team, 3 different restaurants and a cooking school in the hotel “An the moated castle” in Wolfsburg.
