A glimpse into the chef's recipe book

Brownie

  1. 500g butter
  2. 500g chocolate (dark)
  3. 500g sugar
  4. (12 pcs.) egg
  5. 262g nuts
  6. 250g flour

 

Process:

  • Dice the butter and melt it together with the chocolate over a water bath
  • Slowly whip the sugar and eggs in the mixer
  • Mix the two masses together
  • Finally fold in the flour and nuts
  • The brownie batter at 170°C in the oven for 17-20min. bake.
