Brownie
500g butter
500g chocolate (dark)
500g sugar
(12 pcs.) egg
262g nuts
250g flour
Process:
Dice the butter and melt it together with the chocolate over a water bath
Slowly whip the sugar and eggs in the mixer
Mix the two masses together
Finally fold in the flour and nuts
The brownie batter at 170°C in the oven for 17-20min. bake.
